Having worked full-time at Rachel Scott Bridal Couture for eight years, Amber felt the pressure when the time came to choose her own wedding dress.
“It was one of the most important decisions for me when I was wedding planning, and I knew that a lot of our guests would be wondering what dress I’d actually go for, so it had to wow!” laughs Amber.
Amber had always had a soft spot for bridal designer Temperley London, particularly the colourful ‘Bibi’ dress from the 2016 collection.
So when Rachel Scott hosted a Temperley trunk show in their store, Amber seized the opportunity to try on her dream dress.
“I requested the Bibi dress to be sent up from London and as soon as I put it on, I knew it was my dress, she says.
“It was so comfortable and I just felt so special in it. It took a year to finally try it on but it was worth it!”
