Blair Castle

Castle Menzies

This Scottish castle, just north of the River Tay at Weem, is the perfect place to get married if you want romance mingled with history.

The castle has a small garden and well area at the rear, with manicured laws surrounding the perimeter, and you won’t be short of amazing backdrops for your photographs. If the weather is on your side, you could even serve canapes and champagne on the grounds.

You really are spoilt for choice when it comes to the grounds and gardens surrounding Fingask Castle, located between Dundee and Perth.

Murthly Castle

Gardens don’t get much better than the 350-year old walled garden at Murthly Castle, with its original fountain, summer house, urns, yew hedges and trees “ and that’s after you’ve come along two miles of spectacular tree-lined avenues

All weddings at Murthly are held on an exclusive basis, and there are only 12 a year, which keeps the venue special.
