“Be prepared and have a plan. It’s very simple to start a work-out regime or a nutrition regime but if you have a plan in place you can follow it. It makes it a lot easier in the long run. Make small changes in terms of habits. They are easy to get into but very difficult to get out of.
When you go into the supermarket don’t go down the sweetie aisle. I think to myself when I go shopping ˜Do I need it or do I want it?’ If in the afternoon there’s a box of cookies in the staff office, don’t go for a cookie, go for a piece of fruit.”
