When Sarah and her other half Mark decided they wanted to have a Game of Thrones themed wedding, Sarah envisaged herself wearing a white dress.
“I’ve always known that I probably wouldn’t wear what a lot of other brides wear on their big day, but I was initially looking for a white medieval-style gown when I started dress shopping,” she says.
Unable to find the type of gown she was looking for in her home city of Dundee, the bride travelled to Glitterati in Glasgow.
Eventually, Sarah settled on a purple crushed velvet gown that made her feel amazing. “I felt so comfortable in it, and felt it really flattered my figure. When I wore it on my wedding day, I felt absolutely amazing.
Everyone was complimenting me – I’ve honestly never felt more confident!” smiles Sarah, who completed the look with a black chiffon cloak, Gipsy Dharma boots and a wolf necklace.
