- The Scottish Wedding Directory (The SWD) online is a medium for bridal companies to promote themselves to potential customers. While endeavoring to give a high quality service, The SWD accepts no liability or responsibility for the service or product a promoted company provides.
- "Competition" is defined as a promotion where an entry is made by filling out the requisite form and sending it to The SWD with no purchase being necessary and a prize being awarded to one winner from each promotion.
- Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over except The SWD employees and their families, their Agencies and any person professionally associated with this promotion.
- Only one entry per person is permitted for each Competition.
- An entry is a completed and electronically submitted online form. Entrants must complete the full form in order to enter. Incomplete forms will not be entered.
- The closing date for the competitions are listed in each page, and luxury breaks must be taken before the specified time of each individual hotel.
- All valid and correct entries will be entered into the relevant compeition and one winner per competition will be selected at random.
- No prize in any compeition is redeemable for cash. No substitution or assignment of prize is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- The winners will be notified by email, phone or post by The SWD. The recipient must reply by within 7 days of the closing date or the prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
- The SWD reserves the right to suspend or terminate a promotional competition at any time and for any reason, without notice.
- The SWD is not responsible for late or incorrectly filled out entries.
- The Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering a competition it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
- If you have changed email address, it is your responsibility to notify The SWD. Contact The SWD on info@scottishweddingdirectory.co.uk with details of your old and new email address. We will use your new email address if you are a winner.
