The Scottish

Wedding Directory is your one-stop-shop for everything you'll need to plan a wedding in Scotland. The first copy of the SWD was sold in 1995 and we now issue our Spring/Summer edition in January and Autumn/Winter edition in July. You'll find our magazine packed full of practical advice as well as inspirational fashion shoots, which we shoot at locations across Scotland. Each issue is formatted like a traditional directory of wedding services and there's dedicated sections for fashion, planning, photography, health and beauty and more – all with a list of recommended Scottish suppliers. You'll also spot some bride-to-bride advice from our SWD Forum members too!

 Every issue of Scottish Wedding Directory also comes with a copy of Scottish Wedding Venues, our magazine dedicated to your search for the perfect Scottish wedding venue. The magazine is split into geographical regions and contains snippets of information on everything from wedding menu costs to function room capacities on hundreds of weddings across the country. We also feature real life stories on newlyweds who've been married in each of the regions to give their take on the venue's best features.

Our Real Life Weddings magazine is also issued in April and October every year and featuring real stories of weddings that have happened in Scotland.
